• Subscription & Payment Terms Subscription: Pixlizer is offered as a subscription service with monthly or annual billing. Payment: Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. Refunds: Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• Intellectual Property - All intellectual property rights in the Pixlizer platform, including code, designs, and content, are owned by the Company. - You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant Pixlizer permission to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
• Data Privacy - Pixlizer complies with GDPR and other applicable data privacy laws. - Personal data will be handled as per the Privacy Policy on our website. -
• Limitation of Liability - The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software. - Maximum liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Licensee in the last 3 months.
• Termination - Pixlizer may terminate your access to the software if you breach any terms of this agreement. - Upon termination, you must stop using the software immediately.
• Warranty Disclaimer - The software is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

• Amendments The Company reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
